A date on this site that is wrong is a bug, and bugs get fixed. The fastest way to get one fixed is to point at the official announcement that says otherwise.

Every fix gets logged
Report a wrong or outdated date
Useful details to include:
- the page and the date you believe is wrong;
- the official announcement that contradicts it, with a link;
- your time zone, if the disagreement is about a local time.
Corrections are applied to the page and recorded in the verification log on thesources page.
Suggest a source we are missing
If a HoYoverse announcement exists that this site does not link yet — a Phase II notice, a store notice, a Special Program code — send it over. Sources are added to the list and cited on the pages that use them.
Update requests
Each version gets its own set of pages, and the schedule pages are rewritten when the next version is announced. Requests about a specific version are welcome; requests to change a date are not, because dates come from the official notices.
What this site cannot answer
- account, gacha or billing questions — those go to HoYoverse support;
- guarantee or pull-outcome questions — a countdown page cannot tell you what a Signal Search will give you;
- bug reports about the game itself;
- anything that needs a personal account to answer.

Send the official announcement that says so, and the page gets corrected and logged.
