Does the guaranteed-signal counter carry over between the 3.3 channels?
Between Exclusive Channels, yes. The official Phase I notice states the guaranteed-signal count is cumulative across all Exclusive Channels, and independent of other channel types.
Why do different sites show the banner ending a day apart?
Usually a server-time versus local-date difference. The Phase I channels end 2026/11/11 11:59 server time, which is late on November 10 for some readers in the Americas.
Is Phase 2 confirmed?
The window is. The 3.3 Intel Report prints “Signal Search Duration: 2026/11/11 12:00 – 2026/12/01 14:59 (Server time)”. The separate Phase II channel notice, with the final banner list, is still to come.
Should I pull in Phase I or save for Phase II?
That is a resource decision, not a countdown fact. The deadline: Phase I closes 2026/11/11 11:59 server time, Phase II closes at the end of the 3.3 banner cycle.
